ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Paula Biasi Trusky is a certified yoga instructor through Kanyakumari Yoga and Ayurveda School. She’s been practicing since 1997 and teaching at the community and University level since 2006. Paula holds a BA and MFA in Dance and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant working in outpatient orthopedics.
