The mission of the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.

The vision of the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) is to be the leading public health resource on kidney health in Wisconsin and to reduce the impact of chronic kidney disease (CKD) on those who are at-risk or affected by CKD.
