Songs and Sweethearts

This performance will feature both the ALL Star Jazz Crusaders Big Band and the Change Makers Jazz Combo as they performing your favorite love songs with guest singers. There will be a dance floor, and sweet treats at concessions by Chocolate Falls.

The All-Star Jazz Crusaders Big Band is an outreach ensemble of the Germantown Community Band.  It is an all-adult ensemble and rehearses once a month throughout the year.  Music includes Big Band, Swing, Ballads, Fusion, Latin and other various styles of American Jazz.

The Change Makers is a jazz combo which features piano, bass, drums with brass/woodwind instruments.  The group performs music in a jazz style from standards and contemporary selections.  Change Makers provides the opportunity for jazz improvisation for the performers.
