Pink Boots Society Collaboration Brew Day

 

Black Husky Brewing, in conjunction with the Riverwest Brewing Syndicate breweries – Company Brewing, Gathering Place Brewing Company and Lakefront Brewery – is hosting the annual Pink Boots Society Collaboration Brew Day on Sunday, March 8, 2020, International Women’s Day. Collaboration Brew Days are the largest fundraisers for the Pink Boots Society, an international organization whose mission is to ASSIST, INSPIRE, and ENCOURAGE women beer professionals through EDUCATION.

The brewing will be an event in itself but we are also planning a fun-filled day to include live music by women bands, food from local women restaurateurs, and other activities. Along with local officials and dignitaries we are expecting women from across the state as well as local brewery representatives, business partners and media. Local business partners Malteurop Malting Company and Aljan Packaging have donated ingredients and packaging which will enable us to provide a substantial donation to the Pink Boots Society.
