Movie Night on the Lawn Details

Pets Helping People’s (PHP) Movie Night on the Lawn, caters to an all-ages audience. Our film pick is SECRET LIFE OF PETS. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Proceeds will support PHP, a local 501(c)3 non-profit pet therapy training and services organization.

5 p.m. – Start Time

5-7:30 p.m. – Food and beverages available for purchase; pre-show activities

7:15 p.m. – Pre-movie program

7:30/45 p.m. – Movie begins (1 hour 30 minutes)

9 p.m. – Event Concludes

Join us for an outdoor event on Aqua Therapup’s west lawn in Brookfield. Purchase delicious food and drinks, meet some pet therapy dog teams, bid on awesome raffle baskets, play a game of 50/50 and enjoy the movie with a sound system and projection screen from Events by Design.

Bring your hunger for a delicious buffet including chili and vegan dogs with lots of condiments, salads, sugar cookies made by Katie’s Creations, frozen treats AND of course popcorn for the movie.

Advanced registration requested either online or download the form and submit. We are asking guests to register in advance with a free-will donation to keep the movie licensing fee as low as possible. Well socialized dogs are allowed; we ask they stay on leash. Bring a lawn chair or blanket. No carry-in items allowed. Rain date: Sun August 28.

Who is PHP?  Pets Helping People, a nonprofit, trains compassionate owners and their big-hearted dogs to bring joy and inspiration for more than 5,000 people annually in Southeastern Wisconsin. Since 1998, we’ve trained more than 800 handler/pet teams. Our teams partner with organizations who care to do more for the people they serve. Our partners believe, as we do, in the healing power of a cold nose and a wagging tail.
