MKE Museum Week Saturday at Pabst Mansion

 

End Milwaukee Museum Week at the Pabst Mansion with self-guided tours and special guests Latino Arts Strings Program Guitar Orchestra who will be joining us from 1:00-2:30!

The LASP Guitar Orchestra, led by Jone Ruiz, was established to give guitar students an opportunity to perform in a large ensemble. The group explores and performs a wide variety of genres available to the classical guitar, including European and Latin American Classical composers ranging from Vivaldi to Villa-Lobos, as well as guitar orchestra arrangements of more folk and popular styles, such as Son Istmeno, Andean Cueca, Brazilian, and Cuban Samba, among others.

Guests may arrive at any time between 10:00 am and 3:15 pm, with the Mansion closing at 4:00 pm.
