Milwaukee Concert Band "We Be Pirates" Concert

 

The Milwaukee Concert Band, under the baton of Dr. Patricia Backhaus, presents the swashbuckling musical program “We Be Pirates.”  Experience musical adventure on the high seas with famous pirate music past and present.  Thrill to Wagner’s The Flying Dutchman.  Laugh along with the starchy Gilbert and Sullivan operetta “The Pirates of Penzance.  Savor the movie theme from Pirates of the Caribbean.  Marvel at our percussionists’ deft hands sailing through the xylophone classic, Nola.

“Shiver me timbers” and it’s a fine time for all the family!   Admission is free.
