The atmosphere will be stunning – icy snow white with traces of medieval decadence.

Celebrating an Italian tradition dating back to the 15th century, Carnevale will feature royalty, costumes and masks, dinner, dancing, sweets table, performances, a silent auction and fireworks – a full, spectacular evening.

Dinner: DELICIOUS sit-down dinner and dessert by Bartolotta Catering, the choices of which are.
Braised Short Ribs of beef with Yukon gold potato puree, carrots and red wine reduction.
Chicken Scaloppine with lemon caper piccata, campanelle pasta and seasonal vegetables.
Soft Polenta with stewed tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and arugula salad (Vegetarian Option)
Special Children’s Menu – Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Fruit Salad

Sweets Table Fit for a King and Queen: Thanks to the baking expertise of Peter Sciortino Bakery and the Vella Family.

Dancing: Music On The Move Plus to provide dance music for all ages throughout the evening.

Performances: Tradizione Vivente and I Bei Bambini to set the festive mood for the evening with the music, costumes and folk dancing of Italy.

Costumes and Masks: Throw caution to the wind and celebrate the evening in costume and mask. If not in costume, attire is semi-formal or cocktail.

Silent Auction: We will once again host the magnificent Carnevale Silent Auction with many irresistible items available for bid. The Auction will be held from 5:11 pm until 9:11 pm, first in the Galleria and then in the Main Ballroom. A Surprise Live Auction on one very cool mystery item will also be held during the evening. Credit cards and checks accepted for the winning bids. So many opportunities.
