ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lindsey Ruenger is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance and has been teaching since 2018. Having grown up in a musical family and as someone who loves practicing yoga to music, Lindsey is very excited to offer this combination of yoga and live music! Lindsey’s main intention as a teacher is to offer her students a space to relax and move mindfully. Besides teaching yoga, Lindsey currently teaches Mindfulness in Milwaukee Public Schools and dances professionally.

ABOUT THE MUSICIANS
Husband and Wife duo based out of Menasha WI, Natural Satellite is pushing the boundary of classification. Using their skills from classical and jazz backgrounds, the couple has developed a truly unique sound with unconventional instruments, organic writing, and moody harmonies.
