Gathering on the Green

 

Gathering on the Green is a community organization which presents a summer series of performing arts programs and provides music and arts education for children. It is the only performance of its kind in the country that combines orchestra, ballet, opera and theater into one weekend festival.

"Arrival From Sweden" was founded by Vicky Zetterberg in 1995 Gothenburg, Sweden. Arrival From Sweden soon became one of the world’s most popular and most selling ABBA show bands and since their start in 1995, the band has toured over 35 nations and appeared in several TV and radio shows all over the world.

The Sound of Music captured the hearts of millions when the film debuted in 1965. Now, forty years later, the von Trapp’s family legacy is born anew. Meet Sofia, Melanie, Amanda, and Justin von Trapp. They are the great-grandchildren of Captain von Trapp, father of the famous singing family whose story captivated the world in the musical The Sound of Music. The siblings have continued the tradition of the family’s exceptional musical gift and love of singing.
