Dogfish Head Beer Dinner

 

Founded in 1995, Dogfish Head is renowned for attempting experimental and extreme ideas, which leads to interesting innovations and exciting beers.

Here’s the lineup of Dogfish Head beers our chefs will pair to, with menu to come: America Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA (New England-style IPA); The Perfect Disguise Double IPA (a Kölsch-y American IPA); SeaQuench Ale (a Gose/Berliner Weisse mashup with black limes and sea salt); Raison d’Extra (a double Belgian-style brown ale with brown sugar and raisins); World Wide Stout vs. Bourbon Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (for dessert, a comparison of Dogfish Head’s stout with the same stout aged in Heaven Hill whiskey barrels).

Tickets are $70 and include four-course dinner, reception, pairings, tax, and gratuity. Tickets are also available at Story Hill BKC, 5100 W. Blue Mound Rd., Milwaukee. Print your tickets if you wish, but you can also show us on your phone (we’ll have a guest list to keep track.
