Dinner with Top Chef Richard Blais

 

Richard is one of the most talented, creative chefs in the country today. Owner of three Atlanta Restaurants including The Spence, Flip Burger and Ho-1, he has worked for some of the best in the business including Thomas Keller, Daniel Bould and Ferran Andria. He finished second  in Top Chef Chicago, but came back several times, always on a winning team. He was Sous Chef for winner Hosea Rosenberg and also for Top Chef Master Rick Bayless. In 2010, he returned in Top Chef All Stars and won it all. Richard has also appeared twice on Iron Chef America and on many national news programs.
